Corey Fidler brings over three decades of hands-on experience in facilities management, property maintenance, and operations to his role at Georgetown Health Foundation. As Facilities Manager, Corey oversees building operations, security, landscaping, janitorial services, and vendor relationships, ensuring that GHF properties are well-maintained and operate smoothly. Before joining GHF, Corey held various leadership roles, including Facilities Manager at the American Council on Exercise and Security Manager for Live Nation venues. He has also managed multiple commercial and residential properties, supervised large event crews, and served as board president of a 200-unit HOA. Corey's expertise spans electrical and plumbing systems, water treatment, drywall, carpentry, welding, and more. With a reputation for operational excellence, a commitment to safety, and a proactive, team-first approach, Corey plays a vital role in supporting GHF’s mission and community impact.
