Michelle's Bio

Michelle Mainz joined the Georgetown Health Foundation in July 2024. She brings a strong background in administrative and organizational operations, providing essential support to both the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.</br></br> Before joining GHF, Michelle dedicated 14 years to the Georgetown Independent School District, spending the last 7 years focused on directly supporting the Superintendent and Board of Trustees. In this challenging role, Michelle managed legal updates, board agendas and events for bond referendum elections as well as coordinated leadership initiatives for the superintendent. Her career also includes valuable experience in human resources within two major hospital organizations.</br></br> Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Baylor University. She and her husband, Brett, reside in Georgetown. They have 5 children and 10 grandchildren.
