Corey Fidler brings over three decades of hands-on experience in facilities management, property maintenance, and operations to his role at Georgetown Health Foundation.

Kellye Newburn serves as Senior Accountant at Georgetown Health Foundation, where she has been a valued team member since July 2016. She brings over three decades of accounting experience in both the healthcare and private sectors.

Lauren Olson joined Georgetown Health Foundation in December 2024 and serves as Executive Assistant to the Vice Presidents of Strategic Philanthropy and Education & Capacity Building.

John Martinez is a Property Management Professional with over 16 years of experience in the Multifamily Property Management industry. Throughout his career, John has worked for top leading management companies such as Greystar Real Estate Partners, FPI Management, and Avenue5 Residential where he has managed over 4,000 total units.

Jill Kellum joined Georgetown Health Foundation in January 2025 and plays a key role in supporting the Director of Mission and Commercial Property Management, as well as the broader Property Management Team.
